The current price is an early bird rate, available until 14 September 2026. After that, the price will increase by A$200.

- Cancellation on or before 14 September 2026 — A$250 cancellation fee.
- Cancellation on or before 1 October 2026 — 50% refund of fees paid.
- Cancellation after 1 October 2026 — no refund.
